Hi, my name is Mike and I'm the owner of this beautiful
house in Bali. I bought this house 5 years ago and used to live there
while working in Indonesia. Now I’m back in the United States and
hardly ever have time to travel to Bali. Now, I rent it out on monthly
or weekly basis to people that want to save some money during their
trip to this beautiful island. The house is fully furnished and has
air conditioner, hot water, kitchen and basically everything you have
at your home right now. It is located very close to the beach and
has grocery (food store) near by. In order to get around the island
you would have to rent a car (around $15 a day), or a scooter (around
$3 to $5 a day) .. It’s the most fun you will ever have. If you’re
new to Bali, I would suggest you hire a guide that will drive you
around to see the most beautiful places you have ever seen in you

This beautiful 2-bedroom Balinese style house is in
Puri Gading community located on top of the hill is just 10 minutes
away from famous Jimbaran Bay restaurant area and beach and about
15 minutes ride from airport area and Kuta beach.
The house has central air conditioning, and equipped with European
style bathroom. Master bedroom has queen size bed and guest room has
double twin size beds that cam be stacked together. Living room and
kitchen is fully furnished with TV, telephone and all kitchen essentials.
Dial up internet can be provided for an additional cost of about $20-50
US depending on a rate plan provided by Indosat provider. There are
couple secluded beaches with in short drive from the house. One of
the most beautiful beaches on the island is Dreamland beach located
just down the hill from Ragi Gading community.
Cleaning service will be provided twice a week and for $2-3 dollars
the made can pick up your laundry on location. The food store is within
walking distance of 20 m from the house and larger supermarkets located
with in 5 minute drive.
To you convenience a full time English speaking guide can be provided
to you to take you around the island and help you to explore the most
beautiful and hidden places in Bali. If you would like to go fishing,
diving, surfing or do anything else he will negotiate the deal for
at deeply discounted rate. We highly recommend this service. If you
would like to explore the island on your own you can rent a moped
or a car.
